Our Rental Policy
Terms & Conditions of Rental Agreement
- Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period from booking to 60 days prior to boat embarkation.
- Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 59-45 days prior to boat embarkation.
- Cancellation fee of 80% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 44 – 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
- Cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee, for bookings canceled within a period of 29 days prior to boat embarkation.
- Extension of boat rental happens only after agreement with Opus Yachts & Cruises. In case of inability to return the boat at the agreed date, time and place for any reason, including bad weather, the charterer is responsible for the charge of extra rental day if needed, captain, overnight, f&b and extra gasoline.
- If the weather conditions do not allow you to sail on the day the embarkation, the two parties may jointly decide to postpone the rental basis to availability and forthcoming weather forecast.
- The company reserves the right to change or modify the proposed route depending on weather conditions.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. We understand that having your own refreshments and snacks can make your experience even more enjoyable. Our boat is equipped with a small fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cool during your trip, espresso machine is available onboard, and YES, drinks and refreshments are on us. Just let us know in advance if you have any special requirements or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Yes, there is a small private restroom on the boat for your convenience which includes a toilet, a sink and a shower.
